A new soul can grow within you and you will soon be a mom. This is an exciting and intense time that can often be accompanied by physical and mental ailments.
With yoga you can relieve your pregnancy symptoms and prepare yourself mentally for the birth and the time afterwards.
These hours are specially tailored to the needs of pregnant women and you can relax in a relaxed environment with other moms-to-be and use this wonderful time to get to know your baby in your womb even better.
These yoga classes for pregnant women can be practiced from the 13th week of pregnancy until the birth.
All you need is comfortable clothing and something to drink. Yoga mats and nursing pillows are available on site.
If you have acute problems during pregnancy, please ask your gynecologist or midwife in advance if you can do yoga.
