If you are unable to come to an appointment, you have the option of making up for the appointment in another course by arrangement.

The All Level course is suitable for everyone, whether you are a beginner or have been practicing yoga for some time.

The Hatha Yoga class combines stability, flexibility, strength and relaxation.

Through the sequence of certain asanas, coupled with breathing exercises, mediation and final relaxation, you harmonize your body, soul and spirit

The hours are rounded off by mantras and yoga philosophy. Every hour is accompanied by music.

Costs: €120 for 6x 75 minutes

Yoga mats, pillows and blankets are available on site.
